The 12-Week
Planning Intensive

A Reset for Your Business + Life Balance

One sitting. One clear focus for the next 12 weeks — chosen after you've actually looked at everything competing for your time, not just whatever's loudest today. Work through it top to bottom, then download your finished plan.

Before You Start
45–60 minutes, ideally in one sitting — nothing here saves automatically between visits, so block the time
A clear head — this works better with coffee than during a fire drill
Your calendar handy for the Prioritize & Calendar step, so you can place things as you go

Step 1 of 13 — Set the Stage

Clear the noise before you plan.

You can't set a real focus for the next 12 weeks while you're still reacting to today. Take a minute here before anything else.

What do I need to let go of to focus clearly today?
CEO Mindset Reset Checklist
Step 2 of 13 — Brain Dump: Personal

Everything competing for your time — one category at a time.

Before you start: the next four screens each cover a different part of your life and business — personal, business, learning & growth, and networking. They're kept separate on purpose. Blend them into one big list and it's easy to lose track of where your time is actually going. Work through each one on its own, and by the end you'll see the real picture before you plan anything.
Consider: time off & vacations, family events, health & doctor appointments, rest & renewal time.
Personal Commitments — non-negotiable first
Step 3 of 13 — Brain Dump: Business

Now, what the business already has going.

Separate from personal on purpose — this is what's already committed on the business side.

Consider: client calls & projects, workshops, launches & events, sales & promotions.
Business Commitments
Step 4 of 13 — Brain Dump: Learning & Growth

What you're investing in yourself.

This one gets skipped in most planning — it still needs a place.

Consider: courses & masterminds, certifications or workshops.
Learning & Growth
Step 5 of 13 — Brain Dump: Networking & Outreach

Last category — visibility and relationships.

The one most likely to get crowded out if it isn't named up front.

Consider: events (in-person or online), collab pitches (podcasts, guest posts, joint ventures), referral follow-ups.
Networking & Outreach
Step 6 of 13 — Prioritize & Calendar

Get it out of your head and onto the calendar.

Everything you just listed needs a home. Before you choose your 12-week focus, make sure the non-negotiables already have a place.

Anything that needs to move or get dropped to make this fit? (optional)
Step 7 of 13 — Choose Your 12-Week Focus

Pick the one thing.

Not the ten things. The one thing that moves you forward the most.

If I only accomplished ONE thing in the next 12 weeks, what would move me forward the most?
A second goal — only if you have real capacity for it (optional)
Most quarters, one is plenty. Only fill this in if you genuinely have room for a second.
Step 8 of 13 — Break It Down

Three milestones. That's the whole quarter.

Read this one closely: you need exactly three milestones total for the next 12 weeks — one to hit by the end of Month 1, one by the end of Month 2, one by the end of Month 3. Not three new milestones every month. Set them once, right here. On each month's action screen you'll see the one that applies as a reminder — you won't re-enter it.
Your 12-Week Goal
Milestone 1 — by the end of Month 1
Milestone 2 — by the end of Month 2
Milestone 3 — by the end of Month 3 (your finish line)
Step 9 of 13 — Break It Down: Month 1

Weekly actions for Month 1.

This is the only milestone you need in view right now — it's here as a reminder, not something to refill.

Your Month 1 Milestone
Weekly Actions — Month 1
Networking Tasks
Step 10 of 13 — Break It Down: Month 2

Weekly actions for Month 2.

Same pattern — your Month 2 milestone stays put here for reference.

Your Month 2 Milestone
Weekly Actions — Month 2
Networking Tasks
Step 11 of 13 — Break It Down: Month 3

Weekly actions for Month 3.

The home stretch — this milestone is your 12-week finish line.

Your Month 3 Milestone
Weekly Actions — Month 3
Networking Tasks
Step 12 of 13 — Accountability & Metrics

What you'll track, and how you'll check in.

KPIs to Track This Quarter — choose 3–5
Weekly CEO Review — repeat this every week for the next 12 weeks. Put it on your calendar as a recurring 15-minute appointment with yourself, and ask yourself these 3 questions each time:
  1. What worked this week?
  2. What needs adjusting?
  3. What will I focus on next week?
Step 13 of 13 — Wrap-Up & Commitment

Make it official.

My CEO Ritual
Pick the check-in that'll actually happen, or write your own.
Commitment Statement
In the next 12 weeks, I am prioritizing while growing visibility through consistent networking and outreach.
