Whenever you send me a Slack or email question or message, please include one the these emoji’s in the text at the beginning of your message → signaling what type of support you need. This helps me to stay organized, respond quickly, and now what type of support you need.

Please ask one question per request so that you are able to get the clearest response as possible.

Use this when you have a short, simple, specific question I can answer in 1-5 minutes. I prioritize responding to these right away.

Use this when you’re looking for help with login info, billing details, where to find specific training or resources. I respond as soon as possible.

Use this when you want my eyes on a bigger piece of copy, strategy, offer, content, or design. For feedback requests, I need data, context, or a specific question to focus on, please don’t ask me for my “thoughts” on something. 😉 These types of requests, take a little longer, so I have time to receive the request, review the material, and thoughtfully respond.

These are larger ideas, conversations, or questions that take consideration and require a longer response times. You’re not looking for an instant action item here; you’re looking for higher-level strategic thoughtful guidance, which takes longer. I respond to these types of requests within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) during office hours.
