This is for service providers who are tired of carrying tasks that should not be on their plate. SESSION 1 · JULY 7 AT 9AM CST
The Foundation
You give Claude a full picture of your business — your offers, your clients, how your systems work, and what tools you're actually using. This is the foundation everything else builds on. Claude won't be useful until it knows your business. By the end of this session, it will.
SESSION 2 · JULY 14 AT 9AM CST
Build Your Team
You find out exactly who you need and in what order. You get a custom team roster built for your gaps — not someone else's template, yours. And you build your first team member before you leave the session.
SESSION 3 · JULY 21 AT 9AM CST
Run Your Team
The part most people skip — how to actually work with your team once it's built. You get a training roadmap, a handoff plan, and a 30-day activation plan. By the end of this session, your team is operational, not just designed.

FAQ
Questions people ask before they register.
+ Do I have to attend all three sessions?
The series is sold as a bundle because each session builds on the one before it — Session 2 uses the foundation from Session 1, Session 3 uses the team you build in Session 2. You get the most out of it when you go through all three in order. Replays are included if you can't make a session live.
+ Will there be a replay?
Yes — replays are included with registration. If you can't make a session live, you can watch the replay. The build exercises are designed to be done live with the group, so attending live is where you'll get the most out of it, but you won't miss the content if something comes up.
+ Do I need to know anything about AI before I attend?
No. You need a paid Claude account and a willingness to be specific about your business. That's it. The workshop walks you through everything step by step.
+ Do I need to set anything up before the first session?
Get a paid Claude account before Session 1 — Claude Pro or Claude Max at claude.ai. Free accounts work but hit limits mid-session, and you will hit them during the build exercises. That's the only prep required.
+ I'm a VTC member. Do I still pay $97?
