90-DAY · 12-WEEK PROGRAM

Welcome to The Clarity Blueprint.

Observe, get clarity, begin building, and refining your foundation until what you have is exactly what you need to confidently move forward with your operational foundation so you can begin to hire and scale your business.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4
Clarity
Get honest about where things actually stand — awareness, capacity, workflow, and decision clarity.
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8
Build
Backend structure, energy patterns, delivery flow — the layers that keep you carrying too much.
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12
Execution
Workflows, tools, visibility readiness, and growth alignment — see what your business needs next.
  • Start with the audio. Each week has a short audio message — listen before the checklist.
  • Observe, don't fix. The first job is to see patterns clearly. Structure comes later.
  • Write in the notes. Your observations pull forward into a summary you can download at the end.
  • Got a question? Submit it ahead of time and I'll answer it live on the weekly Q&A with Christy.
YOUR STARTING CLARITY SCORE

Where are you right now?

Rate each area honestly. 1 = this is really hard right now. 5 = this feels manageable. Since Clarity is the foundation of the program (Weeks 1–4), this is your Phase 1 baseline — you'll look back after Week 4 to see what shifted.

Clear on limits
3. Workflow Independence
"Work moves forward without me having to step in every time."
Everything stalls
Work moves on its own
4. Decision Energy
"Decisions feel draining — I'm constantly re-deciding the same things."
Exhausting
Decisions feel easy
5. Direction Clarity
"I know exactly what to focus on right now in my business."
Completely foggy

WEEK 1 · AUDIO MESSAGE

Start here — listen first

Your Week 1 audio sets the tone for everything. Listen before you dive into the checklist.

Your only job this week is to notice. Do not fix or change anything.
WEEK 1 CHECKLIST

Awareness & Observation

0 / 6
REFLECT

Sit with these this week

What feels heavy right now — mentally or emotionally, in my business?
What takes up the most mental space?
Where does my business rely on me remembering everything?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 1 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Give yourself a "noticing week" — your only job is to spot patterns, not solve them.
Capture overload in real time with quick notes, not from memory at end of day.
Look for repeats: same stress, same task, same reminder, same mental loop.
If you keep wanting to fix everything, ask: "What am I trying to escape feeling right now?"
If you feel scattered, pick one category to observe (clients, money, time, backend, content).
If you can't name what feels heavy, track the moments you sigh, avoid, or procrastinate.

Tell the truth about your capacity. Do not rebuild your schedule yet.
WEEK 2 CHECKLIST

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Where am I operating beyond my real capacity?
What expectations feel unsustainable right now?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 2 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Tell the truth about your capacity — not the fantasy version of your week.
Notice what drains you and what sustains you. Energy is data.
Separate "time tight" from "emotionally heavy" — they are different problems.
If you feel like you have no time, list your top 5 time sinks before changing anything.
If you're always behind, identify what you're underestimating (setup time, admin, transitions).
If your schedule looks fine but you still feel exhausted, check decision fatigue and emotional load.

Follow the work from start to finish

This week you observe how work actually moves through your business — and where it stalls.

Observe how work moves. Do not document or optimize workflows yet.
WEEK 3 CHECKLIST

Workflow Reality Check

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Where does work slow down most often?
What relies on me stepping in to move things forward?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 3 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Watch where work stalls — especially when it needs follow-up to move forward.
Notice what you redo, re-explain, or re-check. Those are workflow leaks.
Identify "human dependency points" — where nothing moves unless you step in.
If everything feels manual, list the top 3 tasks you repeat weekly. Don't optimize yet.
If work keeps looping, ask: "What was unclear the first time?"
If you're constantly interrupted, track what people ask you for most.

Choose your focus — leave with direction

Week 4 brings it all together. Your goal is direction, not a giant to-do list.

Your job is to pick 1–3 focus areas. Leave with direction — not a to-do list.
WEEK 4 CHECKLIST

Decision Clarity

0 / 5
REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Based on Weeks 1–3, what 1–3 areas need attention now?
What can wait without consequence?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 4 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Your job is to pick 1–3 focus areas — not collect 20 new tasks.
Choose based on impact and heaviness: "If I fix one thing, what relieves the most?"
Leave with direction: "This is the lane I'm in for now."
If everything feels urgent, ask: "What actually breaks if I wait two weeks?"
If you can't choose, decide based on frequency — what shows up every single week?
If you keep changing your mind, you may be avoiding commitment, not lacking clarity.

What lives in your head that no one else can see?

This week is about the invisible infrastructure. The things your business depends on — that only exist in your memory.

Observe what lives in your head. Do not document or build systems yet.

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

What am I mentally tracking that no one else can see?
What feels fragile if I step away for 3 days?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 5 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Notice what is held together by memory, reminders, and mental tracking.
Identify what feels fragile if you take 3 days off.
Look for "invisible work" — things you do that no one sees but everything depends on.
If you can't see your backend clearly, list what you check daily (inbox, messages, payments, files).
If you're afraid to step away, name what you think would break first.
If you're doing everything yourself, identify the top 1 responsibility you'd most want support with.

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Where am I consistently overextended?
What drains me the fastest — and why?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 6 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Map energy highs and lows — stop forcing high-focus work into low-energy windows.
Notice which tasks drain you fastest (complexity, emotion, ambiguity, people).
Let your body be data, not an obstacle.
If every day feels draining, check if you're context-switching too often.
If your energy crashes midday, look at your morning load and decision density.
If you feel guilty resting, treat rest as a business input — not a reward.

What am I tolerating that I've stopped noticing?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 7 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Identify what is sustainable vs. merely tolerated.
Notice outdated expectations that no longer match your life or business stage.
Replace "push through" with "what would make this lighter?"
If you keep overriding your limits, ask: "What am I afraid will happen if I slow down?"
If rest keeps getting delayed, schedule it as protection — not permission.
If you feel resentful, that's a sustainability signal — not a character flaw.

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Where does client work stall most often?
Which steps rely on me — and me only — to move forward?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 8 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Walk through your client experience step-by-step and mark where friction shows up.
Identify the top 1 bottleneck — not all of them.
Clarify what clients need to know before they get stuck.
If clients are confused, check if expectations were clear at the start.
If delivery takes longer than it should, identify where you're customizing.
If you're chasing clients, notice where the process relies on them remembering.

REFLECT

Sit with these this week

Where does customization cost more than it gives?
What do I explain, redo, or recreate most often?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 9 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Notice where "slightly different every time" creates hidden labor.
Name what you repeat: explanations, onboarding, boundaries, deliverables.
Pay attention to rework — it signals that the default is missing.
If you keep redoing things, ask: "What would a default version look like?"
If you attract high-touch clients, check how you set expectations and boundaries.
If scope creep is common, identify the earliest point you could clarify it.

WEEK 10 · AUDIO MESSAGE

Simplification over optimization

This week you audit what's in your tech stack — and what's actually making things heavier.

Do not switch tools. Notice friction points first — changes come later.
WEEK 10 CHECKLIST

Tools & Tech · Simplification Over Optimization

0 / 5
REFLECT

Sit with these this week

What feels heavier because of tech — not lighter?
If I removed one tool tomorrow, would I actually miss it?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 10 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

List your tools and what each one is for — every tool needs a job.
Notice overlap and underuse. Complexity hides in unused features.
Choose simplicity first. Optimization comes later.
If you hate your tools, identify whether the tool is the issue — or if the workflow is just unclear.
If you're tempted to switch platforms, pause and name the real friction point first.
If tech feels heavy, reduce steps before adding automations.

WEEK 11 · AUDIO MESSAGE

Is your backend ready for more?

This week you assess whether the foundation can handle growth — before you go after it.

No marketing changes required. Assess readiness first.
WEEK 11 CHECKLIST

Visibility & Readiness

0 / 4
REFLECT

Sit with these this week

If I had more clients this month, what would break first?
Am I truly prepared for more demand right now — or does the backend need work first?
YOUR OBSERVATIONS

Week 11 Notes

These pull forward into your Clarity Summary at Week 12.

Growth requires readiness. Demand without structure creates burnout.
Identify what would break first if you got 3 new clients tomorrow.
Decide whether this week is about backend support — or visibility actions.
If you feel resistance to marketing, check if your backend feels safe enough for demand.
If you want more clients but feel maxed out, identify what needs support before visibility.
If you're inconsistent with marketing, check if it's fear — or capacity.

Define what "aligned growth" looks like for your life — not someone else's standards.
Identify support gaps: time, systems, emotional capacity, delivery infrastructure.
Carry forward what worked. Release what created heaviness.

Part 2: 12-Week Milestones (big rocks)

Use these windows to build momentum without overwhelm.

Milestone 1: Weeks 1 to 4 (Stabilize + Simplify)
  • What must be true by Week 4 for me to feel lighter?
  • What is the simplest version of success for the first month?
  • What am I willing to stop doing to protect focus?
Milestone 2: Weeks 5 to 8 (Build + Strengthen)
  • What needs to be strengthened so growth doesn't create chaos?
  • What is the bottleneck right now (time, clarity, leads, delivery, mindset)?
  • What am I doing manually that could be simplified or automated?
Milestone 3: Weeks 9 to 12 (Scale + Solidify)
  • What would make this sustainable past Week 12?
  • What can become repeatable, templated, or delegated?
  • What CEO decision do I need to make before the next quarter?

Part 3: Weekly Priorities (your weekly operating plan)

Each week, choose 3 priorities max. Write your answers in that week's notes box, or in the 12-Week Planner below.

Weekly focus
  • Top outcome for this week: if this week goes well, the one thing I can point to is...
  • My 3 weekly priorities (1, 2, 3)
  • Time and energy plan: hours available, best work blocks (days and times), and one boundary I will hold
Clarity prompts (choose 2 to answer weekly)
  • What is the highest-leverage thing I can do this week?
  • What am I avoiding, and what would happen if I handled it simply?
  • What can I complete quickly that will create momentum?
  • What can I delegate, defer, or delete?
  • What does my client or customer need next (not what I think they need)?
  • What is the smallest next step that still moves the needle?

Part 4: Weekly Checkpoint (10 to 15 minutes)

Same questions every week, different answers.

Progress
  • What did I finish?
  • What moved forward?
  • What did I learn?
Friction
  • What felt heavy or confusing?
  • What slowed me down?
Reality check
  • Is my plan aligned with my capacity this week?
  • Do I need to simplify the next 7 days?
Next week setup
  • Next week's #1 outcome
  • Next week's 3 priorities
  • One thing I will do differently

Part 5: Midpoint Review (end of Week 6)

Part 6: 90-Day Review and What's Next (end of Week 12)

Program Guide

The condensed program guide. Each week has one build step to pair with that week's audio, checklist, and notes. Do the observing first, then take the step.

Five mindset reframes about systems

"Systems will make my business too rigid."Structure creates flexibility by reducing stress. Try: "A system gives me freedom to work on what truly matters."
"I don't have time to set up systems."Every minute you spend on a system saves hours later. Try: "Investing in systems today saves me from burnout tomorrow."
"I'm not tech-savvy, so I can't use automation."Start small. A checklist or a Google Doc is a system. Try: "Small, simple systems will create more ease in my work."
"I need to be in control of everything."Delegating doesn't mean losing control. It means gaining freedom. Try: "The right system helps my team (or tools) deliver consistent results."
"My business is unique, so systems won't work for me."Even creative, personalized work has repeatable parts. Look at what you repeat with every client and turn it into a template, workflow, or checklist.

Clarity · Weeks 1 to 4

See what's really happening before you change anything.

Week 1
Awareness & Observation

Build step: Name one area where a system could give you more freedom, like your inbox or batching content.

You'll have: One area named

Week 2
Time & Capacity Snapshot

Build step: List your recurring daily and weekly tasks. Sort them into Marketing, Sales, Client Management, Operations, Admin, and Financials. A simple table or your project tool works.

Workflow Reality Check

Build step: List your three most important workflows and write each as a simple checklist. Then highlight three spots with delays, confusion, or rework.

You'll have: 3 workflows listed, 3 friction spots marked

Week 4
Decision Clarity

Build step: Look at the top three tasks that take most of your time. For each one, decide: automate, delegate, or eliminate. Pick your One Fix to start with.

You'll have: Your short audit summary and your One Fix

Build · Weeks 5 to 8

Once your notes are in, give the backbone a place to live.

Week 5
Backend & Structure

Build step: Choose one central home for your projects and responsibilities (ClickUp, Asana, or Trello) and set up a simple dashboard.

You'll have: One home for your work

Week 6
Time & Energy, Part 1

Build step: Pick one type of task you can batch. Block a dedicated time for it this week.

You'll have: One time block on your calendar

You'll have: One decision framework

Week 8
Workflows & Delivery, Part 1

Build step: Pick one workflow and map it visually in the Mapper tab. Name the bottleneck and brainstorm three fixes: simplify, delegate, or automate.

You'll have: One visual map and a fix chosen

Execution · Weeks 9 to 12

Make it repeatable so the business doesn't depend on you remembering it.

Week 9
Workflows & Delivery, Part 2

You'll have: Your tool list and one decision made

Week 11
Visibility & Readiness

Build step: List your business tasks by function: Marketing & Sales, Operations & Client Delivery, Finance & Admin. Note who does each one, or whether it should be automated or delegated. Solo? Sketch your future team.

You'll have: A roles chart (or solo future-team plan)

Week 12
Growth Readiness

Build step: Choose one task to hand off this week and document the process as an SOP. Review your team structure and pick one role to improve, hire for, or delegate. If someone can do it 70% as well as you can, delegate it. Then open your 90-Day Roadmap and set your next 90 days.

You'll have: One handoff SOP and your next-90-days direction

By Week 12 you will have

  • A clear picture of what's working, what's draining, and what to do next
  • One central home for your work
  • At least one documented, saved SOP
  • A simpler tool stack
  • Defined roles and responsibilities (even if it's just you)
  • A simple review rhythm and your next 90 days planned

Mindset Kit

For the CEO who's feeling tired, discouraged, or doubting. Keep this close.

Mindset shifts

From Hustle to Strategy"I don't need to do more. I need to do what matters most."
From Reactive to Intentional"I'm not here to put out fires. I'm here to build a fireproof business."
From Control to Clarity"I delegate because I lead. Not because I can't, but because I choose not to do it all."
From Overwhelmed to Structured"Systems don't box me in. They set me free."
From Doubt to Decision"Done is better than perfect. I lead by taking action."
From Scattered to Strategic"I don't need to do everything. I need to do the right things in the right order."
From Overworked to Organized"My energy is not infinite. My systems should be."
From Imposter Syndrome to Identity"I'm not stepping into something new. I'm becoming who I already am."
From People-Pleasing to Purpose-Focused"I serve with heart, not hustle. My value isn't in overextending myself."
From Comparison to Clarity"Their pace doesn't define my purpose. I'm building what's aligned, not what's trending."
From 'Doing It All' to Leading It Well"If I'm the bottleneck, I'm also the key. I choose to build differently."
From Perfection to Progress"I don't need it to be flawless. I need it to be functioning."
From "I Have to" to "I Get to""This is the business I prayed for. I choose to lead it with gratitude."

When you feel stuck, try this

  • Choose: Will I automate, delegate, or eliminate something today?
  • Write: "The CEO version of me stops ___ and chooses ___ instead."
  • Anchor: "I lead my business. I don't chase it."

Scriptures for encouragement

When you need strength"He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:29-31
When you need encouragement to keep going"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Galatians 6:9
When you feel tired or burned out"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
When you feel overwhelmed"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you." Psalm 55:22
When you need wisdom for decisions"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." James 1:5
When you feel anxious about results"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
When you need reassurance in doing the work"Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58
When you're building and can't yet see the fruit"For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end; it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay." Habakkuk 2:3

When in doubt, use this simple reflection frame

  • What's one thing draining my energy right now?
  • Can I automate, delegate, or eliminate it?
  • What belief is keeping me stuck in doing this?
  • What new belief will I choose instead?
You're not behind. You're building. You've already started shifting from operator to visionary. When it gets hard, pause, reset, reframe, and keep going. That's what real leadership looks like.
