How We Work

At Virtually Structured, we strive to deliver exceptional support tailored to your vision. Our approach is rooted in ​transparency, open communication, and a touch of down-to-earth warmth to ensure a positive, productive ​partnership.

Hours of Operation & Communication

Office Hours:

Tuesday – Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm CST (excluding holidays)

Communication:

We communicate via email and a private Slack channel. We check our inbox & Slack channel at least twice a day, ​once at the beginning of our work day and once toward the end of our work day.

Payment & Invoicing

All services are prepaid, and work commences once payment is received. All membership fees and retainers are billed on the first of each ​month, if on an hourly retainer, unused hours do not roll over. Some projects may include payment options. Please reach out if you’d like ​more information about payment options. Invoices are sent electronically, and additional hours or scope of work changes are billed at the start of ​the next month. All one time memberships fees are billed upon joining and monthly fees are billed monthly, until canceled.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and ACH payments.

Confidentiality & Security

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information shared with us is secure and will not be disclosed to ​third parties. We use LastPass for secure password sharing and Google Drive for file sharing.
