Clear communication.

I check email and Slack twice a day — once first thing and once before I close out — during office hours, Tuesday through Thursday, 8am to 4pm CST. You'll hear back within 24 business hours, usually faster.
Everything is built with you, not handed to you from a black box. If a plan or recommendation doesn't make sense, ask — you should understand the "why" behind every next step, not just the step itself.

Intake
Before we talk, you'll fill out a short intake so I walk into our session already knowing the shape of your business. No time wasted getting me up to speed.
Session(s)
Live, recorded, and focused entirely on the problem in front of you — not a generic framework applied to whoever's in the room.
A Written Plan
After the session, you get something in writing — a summary, a decision document, or a prioritized action plan, depending on the package. Something you keep, not something you have to remember.
A Follow-Up Window
You're not handed a plan and left to it alone. Depending on your package, you'll have async Slack access and a built-in check-in to work through what comes up as you execute.
Operations Audit / Scaling Readiness Audit
One 90-minute session. Pre-session intake, session recording, and a written summary with your top 3–5 prioritized recommendations.
Strategy Intensive
Two 60–90 minute sessions, recordings included, a focused action plan, 90 days of async Slack access, and a 45-day check-in.
Strategic Advisory Partnership
A 60-minute kickoff plus six 60–90 minute sessions (twice a month), recordings, a shared decision document, 90 days of async Slack access, and an end-of-engagement summary.
Paid up front — or in installments.
Either way, no surprises.
How It's Billed
Advisory packages are paid in full before we start. Programs offer a payment plan at checkout — split into monthly payments, with the full balance due before the program ends. No hourly tracking, no invoices creeping up mid-project.
Questions on Timing
If you need a different payment arrangement, reach out before we begin and we'll figure out what works. Once a package's use-by window opens, that's the clock we're working against.
