Stop tracking everything — focus on what matters

It’s easy to get lost in numbers: likes, follows, clicks, comments… but not all metrics matter. In fact, most are just noise.
The only numbers that matter are the ones that tell you if your business is healthy, profitable, and growing. These are your KPIs, Key Performance Indicators.
Instead of tracking everything, ask yourself this week:
Do I know my revenue and profit margins?
Do I know how much it costs me to get a client?
Do I know how many clients come back or refer me?
If the answer is no, that’s your signal to simplify your focus. Tracking a handful of key numbers is better than drowning in dashboards.
Because clarity isn’t in more data. It’s in the right data.
