Four things to do before Call 1
Complete these in order. Please begin with Step 1.
STEP 1
Complete your intake form
Takes 15–20 minutes. This is how I come into Call 1 already oriented to your situation — the more specific you are about the challenge you want to focus on, the faster we get to the work that matters. Complete this before booking.
STEP 2
Book Call 1
Once your intake is submitted, grab a time for your first call. Call 1 is 90 minutes via Zoom. We'll schedule Call 2 together at the end of Call 1.
STEP 3
Join your Slack channel
This is our 1:1 async space for the full engagement. Use it between calls when things come up — don't wait for the next session. I respond within one business day, depending on the response depth needed.

Before Call 1

→ We schedule Call 2 before we hang up (3–4 weeks out)

→ You work through your Call 1 action items

Call 2 — Review, Adjust & Build (90 min)
→ We open by reviewing what moved and what shifted
→ We adjust the plan based on what you learned
→ We build your 90-Day Roadmap together, live
→ You leave with direction and a plan you actually trust

→ Action Plan + 90-Day Roadmap delivered within 48- 72 hours
→ 90-day async Slack access begins
→ 30-day and 45-day check-ins from me
→ 90-day wrap-up at the close of the engagement

ASYNC ACCESS
Your personal & private Slack channel is now open
Use it between calls, during your 90-day execution window, or any time something comes up that can't wait for a session. My response time depends on the type of request. (See Emoji Key for more info.) Outside of that you can reach me Tuesday through Thursday, 9am–4pm CST. This is a working channel — use it like a direct line. Real-time support during the execution window is where this engagement pays off most.
