→ Audit Summary delivered within 48 to 72 hours

→ What's working, what's breaking, prioritized next steps

→ Slack access open for 30 days post-session

→ 2-week follow-up check-in

→ You own everything we build together

ASYNC ACCESS

Your personal & private Slack channel is now open

Use it to share context before your session, ask follow-up questions after, or flag anything that comes up as you work through your audit summary. My response time depends on the type of request. (See Emoji Key for more info.) Outside of that you can get me anytime on Tuesday through Thursday 9am - 4pm CST. This is a working channel — use it like a direct line, not a support ticket.
