Q: Can I get a refund on my purchase? Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you run into a technical issue with your download, and the link isn’t working, please reach out and we’ll get you all fixed up!
Q: Can I share or resell these products? These digital products are for your personal business planning use only. They are not templates meant to be copied, repackaged, or used to create your own products. Your purchase does not include resale, sharing, or redistribution rights.
Q: How do I receive my files after purchasing? Your files are available as an instant download immediately after checkout — no waiting! You'll find your download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Be sure to save your files to a safe place on your device.
Q: What file types are included? It varies by product! Most items include a combination of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and/or PDFs. Each product listing will tell you exactly what's included, so you always know what you're getting before you buy.
Q: Do I need any special software to use these products? Nope! You just need a free Google account to access the Google Docs and Sheets templates, and any standard PDF viewer (like Adobe or your browser) for the PDF files. No paid software required. For the ClickUp templates you may need the paid version to get all of the custom fields etc., but the listing will state what comes with the template.
Q: Can I print these products? Yes! All of the PDFs and Google Docs are printable. The PDF planners were created to print as an 8.5 × 11 letter size paper and can be printed at home or at a print shop.
