Why Monday keeps ambushing you.

Hey Visionary,

If Monday keeps ambushing you, it’s usually not because you’re behind — it’s because last week never really closed and this week never really started.

So everything from last week is still open in your mind while a fresh list piles on top. That’s when Monday feels like you’re rebuilding your whole business from scratch, every single week.

Instead, give yourself a five-minute Friday (or Saturday) reset and answer:

👉 What is done? (and can be celebrated or checked off)

👉 What is parked? (intentionally waiting until later)

👉 What is next? (the few things that actually matter this coming week)

Write those three answers down somewhere your brain can see them, not store them. You don’t need more motivation — you need somewhere safe for your brain to set things down.

That’s it. That’s the fix.

Until next time,

Christy
